Always looking for excellence, it was in 2007 that we strengthened our after-sales service department. Currently, no less than 9 multilingual employees are assigned to this department and ensure efficient and fast follow-up and supply.

Since the summer of 2017, we have put in place the necessary resources to support our customers in neighbouring France in their machine acquisition projects and consolidated our local after-sales service.
Spare parts for after-sales service are stored at the Marnaz site (Haute-Savoie) in order to be able to intervene quickly and efficiently on your production machines.
